Banana pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 1/4 cup nondairy milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
fruit or maple syrup to top with

Directions:
  1. Sift together flour and baking powder. 
  2. In separate bowl, mix the mashed banana with 1/2 cup milk until there are no lumps. 
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. 
  4. Add remaining milk and cinnamon.  
  5. Stir until mixed. 
  6. Cook pancakes in a lightly greased pan until golden brown. 
  7. Garnish with fruit or syrup.
